Product Description
We manufacture Cryogenic Type Oxygen/Nitrogen Gas Plants, in a range of 30 M³/Hr to 800 M³/Hr. Also we provide related equipments and components for these Plants. Our Gas Plants are built to the highest standard of efficiency and reliability. Modern technology and design work on medium pressure, and the plants are perfect in terms of operation, ease of use and safety. We make sure that our systems incorporate several features, such as low operating cost, sturdy construction, low working pressure and reduced maintenance. Complete stainless steel ASU Column and skid mounted system offer complete purification system with low power consumption. Further, the cryogenic type oxygen and nitrogen gas plants need little attention of operator. These are in compliance of ISO parameters and ASME standards too. They are applicable in various industrial segments such as: Steel plants, Glass industries, Chemical Industries, Hospitals, and others.
Process Description:
To produce oxygen and nitrogen we use effective process, such as air liquefaction and fractional distillation inside the unit of air separation. Compressed, purified air is expanded & liquefied in this expansion and cooling process, in the expansion engine and valves. Then the expanded & cooled air enters the lower part of distillation column in a partial liquid form. Boiling point for oxygen and nitrogen is different. More volatile nitrogen is drawn out of the distillation column in form of vapor, and oxygen is collected in the condenser.
