Product Description
Our acetylene plant shows the concepts of innovative design, latest technological trends and cost benefit. It has been engineered to give the highest efficiency of around 99.7%. This is a fully-automatic plant with pneumatically controlled valves and twin hoppers. Also, the plant is provided by sensitive sensors, integral with temperature control devices. There is a perfect synchronized operation to give maximal efficiency in operation. Flame proof electrical fittings and components are also there for the aspect of safety. Safety valves, proper gauging, various auto controls etc. are provided to make the plant perfectly safe to operate in any condition. This help protect both personnel and equipment.

High Pressure Control Maintain a constant, positive pressure, and helps reduce pumping cost and make plant safer for the operator.
Water Level Control Effective water level control instrument for the prescribed limits.
No Loss A high-pressure hydraulic operated valve to prevent loss of gas or wastage.
Condenser To perform the cooling function, and removal of excessive impurities & moisture.
Low Pressure Drier Helps absorb the moisture in the generated gas.
Chemical Purifier Ideal for removing impurities.
Water Scrubber For efficient removal of impurities, water scrubber is set up between chemical purifier and acetylene compressor.
Acetylene Compressor The compressor has safety relief valve for every stage, and is driven by a 15 H.P flame-proof motor.
High Pressure Drier It works on a battery of three high pressure vessels.
Filling Manifold Used for gas cylinders connection.
